A typical visit last roughly 45 -60 minutes.

Every visit is detailed and dependent on what you need and what is best for your long term health.

It can range from our many soft tissue modalities to intense exercise.

We currently do not take insurance, but we do take HSA/ FSA cards.

We can also give you a superbill after every visit if you would like to claim to your insurance.
